From JULIANA KATUNG, Kaduna THE Chairman Kaduna State Independent Electoral Commission (SIECOM), Mrs. Hannatu Usman Biniyat has said that the commission will soon announce the statutory 90 days pre-election notice and issue the accompanying time table, manuals, among others to the 23 local government councils. From ABDULLAHI SULEMAN, Kaduna The wife of the Kaduna State governor, Mrs. Amina Yakowa , has distributed sewing and knitting machines to  75 women in Jaba local government area of  the State, under her special poverty alleviation  programme for women in the State. Represented by the wife of the Peoples Democratic Party  (PDP), Chairman Mrs Naomi  Bajoga, Mrs  Yakowa  charged  the women not to sell the machines  but  use  them to enhance their  economic  status. She told them to also make maximum use of the items to reduce over dependence on  their husbands  for  daily provisions.
